Week 3 — Confidence

Week 2 Recap

All of you should have met and exchanged shampoo bowl tips and tricks to get your team leveled up at the bowl.

THE WALL: How amazing does it look. Thank you to everyone who brought that vision to life — the creativity of this group is incredible to see. Let’s keep building on it and adding your own touches.

I was so impressed with the merch proposals — the level of detail and creativity was amazing. Loved the energy 🥹

Merch Proposal Winner: GLOSS GIRLS 👏

We will now work to see how we can bring this concept to life.

Keep up the shampoos — anonymous client ratings are coming soon 🙂

Week 3 Focus
Confidence

Confidence — or lack of it — is something clients feel immediately. It can make or break a first impression.

Confidence comes from clarity. When you confidently speak on products, clients trust you more — and that’s when you perform at your best.

Week 3 — Team Builder
Build Confidence Together

Pow wow with your group and exchange tips on how to feel confident at work — whether it’s dress, style, posture, conversations, knowledge, or skill sets.

If you already feel confident, think back to a time when you weren’t. Be humble and help your team level up their confidence game.

Remember — our dress code plays a role in this too.

Week 3 — Skill Builder
Product Knowledge

Not everyone was around for it, but our products used to be deeply ingrained in our culture. We lost them when the manufacturer went out of business post-COVID and have been searching ever since for something that truly fit our identity.

After many attempts, we ended up finding a manufacturer that had our original formulas but reimagined them with modernized ingredients and technology. This fits exactly the merch winner's vision. THE ORIGINALS: REIMAGINED.

Next week, we should have our full line. It’s critical that everyone gets aligned on every product — what it does, how it works, and when to use it.

www.hairstories.com/pk has all the details.

We have much more coming in terms of how we recommend products to clients — but the first step is getting everyone speaking the same language and becoming highly knowledgeable about what we offer.
