Service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gratuity is not included. Gifted service packages are thoughtfully gift-wrapped by Hairstories for $5 per package and ship free as physical gift cards.

Your Event Bag keeps the whole order visible. If it contains both items for your Hairstories account and items that need shipping, it guides you through the two secure checkout steps and marks each one complete so nothing is forgotten.
How do service packages reach my Hairstories profile?
